This Basic Observations training course is especially suitable for registered nurses, healthcare assistants and anyone working in the health and social care sector. This e-learning care course will enable care workers to confidently and competently take, record and report clinical observations.The online Basic Clinical Observations course aims to help care workers increase their skills and knowledge by teaching them how to spot normal and abnormal clinical observations/vital signs, perform a range of clinical observations including temperature, blood pressure and respiration rate, and how to accurately document and report the findings.
